Welcome to the virtual office of BBuoy Communications. I'm Barbra Buoy, a Freelance Copywriter specializing in work for the nonprofit sector. 

I'm currently based in Georgia, but most of my clients are located in other countries, or in cities throughout the United States. Thus, I'm accustomed to working remotely, as well as traveling for face-to-face meetings with my clients if necessary. My goal is to meet your organization's needs no matter where the work may take me.  
As for my experience, I've spent most of my professional life working for, or with, NGOs. I've collaborated with national and international staff, partner organizations, technical units, fundraising and management. So I understand the unique copywriting challenges of a diverse group of stakeholders and the organizations they represent. 

I also understand that, outside your organization,
you need to educate others about what you do and, at times, inspire them to take action. That's why I work with my clients to produce documents that reflect their voice and mission. I can help you present your best side to the world.
